At Sereclean, we want your order to reach you quickly and reliably. We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Delivery times below are counted from dispatch.
United Kingdom
Standard Delivery
- Delivery time: 2–4 working days
- Carrier: Royal Mail
- Cost: £3.75, or free on orders over £20
Express Delivery
- Delivery time: 1–2 working days
- Carrier: Royal Mail Tracked 24
- Cost: £5.99
United States
US orders are dispatched from our US warehouse.
Standard Delivery
- Delivery time: 3–7 working days
- Carrier: USPS, UPS or FedEx
- Cost: $4.00, or free on orders over $20
Express Delivery
- Delivery time: 1–2 working days
- Cost: $12.00
Tracking
We’ll email you tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Delays
We do everything we can to deliver on time, but things outside our control, such as bad weather, carrier strikes or peak-season volumes, can occasionally cause delays. Thank you for your patience if this happens.
