Every ProGuard mouthguard begins with a digital intraoral scan of your teeth- captured using our state-of-the-art Medit i600 scanner. This painless, mess-free process takes just minutes and produces a highly accurate 3D model of your bite.
Your scan is sent directly to our specialist dental laboratories here in the UK, where skilled technicians design and manufacture your mouthguard entirely in-house. Using premium dental-grade materials, they craft a mouthguard that offers optimal fit, comfort, and impact protection.
From scan to delivery, the turnaround time is typically 10–14 days, so you can get back to training and competing with confidence.

We’re confident your ProGuard will fit perfectly first time - because it’s made using precise digital scans, not guesswork.
If your mouthguard doesn’t feel comfortable or secure when you receive it, simply let us know within 14 days of delivery.
